INCOLOY® Alloy DS

1.4862

A nickel-chromium-iron alloy with silicon which has good high temperature strength combined with excellent resistance to oxidation and carburisation.  In addition the silicon content imparts resistance to internal oxidation which occurs in high temperature atmospheres where the conditions vary between oxidising and reducing.  The alloy is widely used in a range of applications in the thermal processing industry.
