2.4654 / UNS N07001

A nickel-based age hardenable super alloy with excellent temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and other corrosion at elevated temperatures.  It finds application in both rotating and non-rotating parts in aerospace and industrial gas turbines.   It is utilised for compressor and rotor discs, shafts, spacers, seals, rings and casings as well as for fasteners and other engine hardware assemblies.
